MQ球磨机
MQ BALL MILL
设备简介
MQ球磨机主要用于矿山（金属矿和非金属矿）、水泥、耐火材料、化工、电力、铝业、建材，以及玻璃、陶瓷、钢渣、粉煤灰等行业的粉磨作业中。一般要求球磨机的进料粒径小于25mm，多碎少磨从而节能。通过调整钢球的级配来改变出料细度的大小和多少。
按出料方式分为MQG系列干式格子型球磨机、MQS系列湿式格子型球磨机、MQY系列湿式溢流型球磨机、MQZ系列周边出料型球磨机；按衬板类型分为A系列（高锰钢衬板、磁性衬板）标准型和B系列（橡胶衬板、高铝衬板、硅石衬板）节能型；按传动方式分为边缘传动球磨机和中心传动球磨机。按仓数可以分为单仓、两仓和多仓。按工艺运行还可以分为开路和闭路（有分级设备）系统。
Brief Introduction
MQ series ball mill is mainly used for grinding in mining（metallic minerals and non-metallic minerals），cement，refractories，chemical，power plant，aluminum，building material，glass，ceramic，steel slag and fly ash ect.It follows more crushing and less grinding principle to save energy.The feed size to ball mill shall be smaller than 25mm，the output size can be adjusted by revising steel balls ratio.
According to discharge mode，there are MQG series dry type grate ball mill，MQS series wet type grate ball mill，MQY series wet type overflow ball mill，MQZ series peripheral discharge type ball mill；according to liner type，there are A series of（high manganese steel liner，magnetic liner）standard type and B series of（rubber liner，high aluminum liner，silica liner，ceramic liner）energy-saving type；according to transmission mode，there are edge driving ball mill and center driving ball mill；according to chamber quantity there are single chamber type，double chambers type and multiple chambers；according to processing technic，there are open circuit and closed circuit（matched with classification equipment）。
